Quick answers
Common questions
Where’s my order?
Orders go out the next working day once payment clears, then usually take 3 to 5 working days. Spores come by Royal Mail through your letterbox and bigger orders come by DHL with tracking. If it’s been more than 7 working days since dispatch, email us your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t been sent yet. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally the same day, and we’ll stop it going out. Our returns and refunds page covers everything else.
My grow has failed. What now?
Grow products are covered by our Lifetime Grow Guarantee. Email us your order number and a few photos and we’ll work out what happened and send a replacement.
How do I pay?
We take direct bank transfer at the moment. Our payment methods page walks you through it.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We only deliver to UK addresses.
