Equipment such as lab equipment, sterilisation supplies, fruiting tents, unicorn bags and containers is covered by our normal returns policy instead.
How to claim
- Get in touch with us and include your order number.
- Tell us what happened and send a photo or two of your grow.
- We’ll help you work out what went wrong and send a free replacement.
Spore syringes and swabs
Our spores are sold for microscopy, taxonomy and research purposes only, to over 18s. For spore syringes and swabs, our guarantee covers that they are viable and free from contamination when examined under a microscope. If they aren’t, we’ll replace them free of charge.
