- Fits through your letterbox, so you don’t need to be in
- Tracked on Royal Mail’s side, but as these parcels are low value we don’t send out a tracking number

Grow kits, substrate and equipment: DHL
- DHL email you a tracking link once they’ve collected your parcel
- Pick a safe place or change the day straight from their email
- Usually 3 to 5 working days
Grow kits are made fresh for you
Grow kits, fruiting blocks and grain spawn are made to order so they reach you as fresh as possible, which can add an extra working day or two. Trust us, it’s worth the wait. A fresh block fruits far better than one that’s been sat in a warehouse for a month.
Nothing on the outside
Every order goes out in plain packaging with nothing to say what’s inside. When we’re especially busy, like the start of the growing season or during a sale, things can take a little longer, but we always get orders out as quickly as we can.
A few things to note
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- We can’t deliver to post offices, parcel lockers or collection points.
- Please double check your address at checkout, especially flat and house numbers. We can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
- Grow kits and cultures are alive, so open them as soon as they arrive and store them as described on the product page.
