About Cambodian Spores
Cambodian is a wild strain reportedly collected near the temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia by a well known mycologist. It is one of the classic Asian cubensis isolates and is often noted for its relatively small, light brown caps and fast development.
Under the Microscope
Cambodian spores are plentiful and dark in print, with fairly uniform ellipsoid spores. We enjoy viewing it next to other Asian isolates such as Koh Samui and Thai strains to look for subtle differences in size and pigmentation.
